For the first time ever, Transformation Challenge participants have to option to work one-on-one with a Pro Physique coach during your 90 day journey! 

Guided Coaching Entry includes all benefits of standard entry, and includes an initial consultation call with your selected coach, scheduled biweekly online check ins with their selected coach, custom macro calculations/targets with adjustments along the way, custom cardio recommendations and adjustments,  and custom supplement recommendations.

Our 90 Day Transformation Challenge is a unique opportunity for us to assist individuals who are ready to make impactful lifestyle changes.  Once enrolled, each contestant will be given all the tools and support needed to achieve their goals.

>> Detailed workout programs designed by our incredible ProPhysique coaches offering options for in the gym, home gym, and a strictly body weight only program

>> Access to our exclusive Transformation Challenge Facebook group where you will be surrounded by supportive and encouraging fellow competitors, as well as a community of knowledgeable ProPhysique coaches available to assist you along your journey!  Coaches lead weekly Live Q&A sessions giving each contestant an opportunity to ask questions and get more personalized assistance

>> CASH PRIZES! Male and Female categories each awarded 1st through 3rd place titles as well as recognition and 50+ category with cash prizes totaling $50,000!
