Welcome to ProPhysique.comI am an IFPA and NGA drug-free professional bodybuilder. I have just completed my first season competing as a Pro with the IFPA and NGA. Over the course of the last 3 contest prep seasons I have been acquiring knowledge. During that time I have also taken all that I have learned in my 20 years in the gym and forged Pro Physique into a business venture. I now feel ready to pass the information forward and help another group of individuals reach their fitness goals.
